I thought near the end they finally had something going when Wilson was trying to help build schools. It seemed like for the first time there was some conflict. But it was a non-story until then because anything he wanted he basically was able to get.

yea this movie could have been much better if there had been some kind of big conflict in there

I thought maybe when his scandal was about to breakout that there might be a big thing but it just died quickly. Should've known Giuliani wouldn't be able to finish something.
